Pack is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase. We are not yet providing debt settlement, debt negotiation, or any other financial services. By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest only — no agreement for services is being formed, and no client relationship is created.
When our services become available, separate agreements with specific terms, disclosures, and fee structures will be provided to you for review and acceptance before any services begin.

When you join our waitlist, you agree to provide accurate information. Your spot on the waitlist does not guarantee access to Pack's services when they launch, nor does it obligate you to use our services. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting us through our website.

When Pack's debt settlement services become available, we will charge a contingency fee based on a percentage of the savings achieved through negotiated settlements. No fees will be collected until a settlement has been successfully negotiated and accepted by you. We will not send unsolicited text messages or make phone calls unless you specifically opt in to those channels.
